- Log into your MySwiss4win.ch profile
- Upload the documents to the "Account verification" section
If you have any difficulty uploading them following this procedure, you can contact our Customer Service by chat or e-mail at [email protected].
Swiss4Win will proceed with the validation of the definitive game account only if the checks of the identity document and the residence or domicile address do not reveal any doubts about their validity and truthfulness and if there are no other reasons for dispute.
