Responsible Gaming

Prevention methods

Swiss4Win provides many tools to help its users to play responsibly.

1.    COMPULSORY LIMIT
When signing up, all players must set a weekly loss limit. This limit defines the amount that you can lose from your deposits (available game credits from bonuses/active promotions are not part of the calculation of the amount present on the game account).

Players can change said limit at any time; its reduction will be effective immediately, whereas its increase will be effective after 24 hours. An automated process of the platform grants that the limit established by the player is respected at all times.
Once the limit is reached, it will no longer be possible to continue playing until the end of the weekly period, except for a possible increase of the limit, which will be available after the respective request and after the wait period of 24 hours.

2.    HISTORY
Players can access the “Account transactions” section at any time to view the history of their game activity and the details of all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings and losses, as well as the net result for a selected time period. This way, players can always keep track of their gaming activity history.

3.    SELF-ASSESSMENT TEST
In the “Responsible gaming” section, players are provided with a tool of self-assessment to help them understand and evaluate their game behaviour. To take the test, click here

4.    OPTIONAL LIMIT
Players can choose to set the optional parameter of weekly and/or monthly deposit limit. After this limit is reached, it will no longer be possible to make further deposits until the set period has ended. An automated process of the platform grants that the limit established by the player is respected at all times.
An augmentation of the parameter will be effective after 24 hours from the request, whereas its reduction will be effective immediately.

5.    TEMPORARY GAME EXIT: GAME TIME-OUT
By accessing the “Responsible gaming – Self-exclusion” section, players can decide to temporarily exit games and take a “time-out” by selecting a period of time between a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours.

6.    TEMPORARY GAME EXIT: GAMBLING SUSPENSION
By accessing the “Responsible Gaming – self-exclusion” section, players may decide, autonomously and at any time, to set a voluntary self-exclusion from one or more game categories for a period of time between a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 6 months.

Players can’t modify the duration of the time-out period before its deadline.
The self-exclusion can be lifted by the gambling house if the player makes a specific and justified request. Before the self-exclusion can be lifted, in accordance with the law on money games, it will be verified that there are no conditions leading to a permanent exclusion.

During the self-exclusion period, players won’t be allowed to make new wagers or deposits on their online game account, whereas they will be able to make any withdrawal.

7.    PERMANENT SELF-EXCLUSION
If you feel that your gaming behaviour is starting to become problematic, we suggest you think about permanently self-excluding from the game.

A permanent gambling exclusion will forbid you to access our online and land-based casino as well as all other Swiss casinos (land-based and online) and all online offers by Swisslos and La Loterie Romande for a period of time which is not defined beforehand.

A voluntary permanent exclusion can be made at any time from the game account, in the “Responsible gaming” section and is effective immediately. To access the designated page, click here or use the designated request form, fill it out and send it back to as at [email protected]
