Casino Lugano has been a sponsor of FC Lugano for several years and is featured on the jerseys for the 2021/2022 season with the branding of its online gaming platform swiss4win.ch, launched in March 2021. The Ticino team turned out to be the winner of the Swiss Cup for the fourth time in their history.
