Sette E Mezzo - Live Game
Sette e Mezzo is an Italian card game that looks very similar do Blackjack, but its rules change slightly.
Sette e Mezzo Live is played with one deck of cards, but not a standard one. It uses Neapolitan (Italian) cards, which is a deck of 40 cards with 4 suits - Clubs, Swords, Coins and Cups. Each of the suits has Aces, cards from 2 to 7, and picture cards called Jack, Cavalier and King. Ace is valued as 1, cards from 2 to 7 retain their face values, whereas Jacks, Cavaliers and Kings are valued a half each. The only exception is the King of Coins which acts as a Wild card.
The aim of the game is to form a hand closest to a total of 7 ½. The deal opens with only 1 card for the player and 1 card for the dealer. Further action depends on the first card being King of Coins. If it is the first card you are given in the round, you are dealt a second card immediately. Should the dealer have the King of Coins as the first card in the hand, the player must keep drawing cards until they reach 7 or more.
If the total goes over seven and a half, the hand busts. Round actions come down to hit or stand and the dealer stands on 5 or more. There are also two side bets available - Partita Perfetta and Mano Di Poker – which are very similar to blackjack optional bets Perfect Pairs and 21+3.
Enjoy this amazing Italian game live on any device, including PC, tablet and smartphone thanks to its beautifully designed visuals.
